To get the right word in the right place is a rare achievement. To condense the diffused light of a page of thought into the luminous flash of a single sentence, is worthy to rank as a prize composition just by itself... Anybody can have ideas, the difficulty is to express them without squandering a quire of paper on an idea that ought to be reduced to one glittering paragraph. -- Mark Twain

Now THAT'S handwriting. Oh! the sound of a scratching fountain pen. I liked seeing the ink stained fingers at 1:52. That made it really dirty fountain pen porn. ;^)
ReplyDeleteThe ink on the fingers reminded me of Joseph Fienne's hands in "Shakespeare in Love," always stained and ink flying everywhere as he scribbled.
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of fountain pens. Just got a new Waterman for my birthday. I do calligraphy using a fountain pen too.
ReplyDeleteLovely!! I used fountain pens too...even my everyday work ones are the pilot v-pen.
ReplyDeleteAnd today I found myself at Hobby Lobby, looking at the calligraphy sets. It's a disease, and there is no cure.
